Tavares is committed to providing accessible services to civil society organizations that support children in economically and socially vulnerable situations. We have dedicated ourselves to Pro Bono partnerships, such as the one established with the Instituto Bola Pra Frente for over twenty years. This initiative paves the way for the education of young people from low-income communities.

Founded on June 29, 2000, by World Cup football champion Jorginho, Bola Pra Frente is a Civil Society Organization that, for more than twenty years, has made a difference in vulnerable communities through sports and culture, serving as catalysts for human development. Located in the Complexo do Muquiço, in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, the organization supports children, adolescents, young people, and their families through various projects ranging from sports and culture to professional qualification, environmental education, and access to higher education.

The institute serves 400 people across various programs, such as Cruzamento Perfeito, Bola Juventudes, and Bola Comunidade. It has recently inaugurated the Toque de Mestre Training Center, a space capable of accommodating up to 1,000 people for various activities.

In 2016, Tavares expanded its commitment to Pro Bono practice by creating a team dedicated to public interest issues. Our goal is to support institutions that protect childhood, strengthen civil society organizations, and promote inclusion, tolerance, and diversity, reaffirming our commitment to social transformation and support for the communities in which we operate.
