Fábio is an attorney with judicial litigation and advisory services in the Trademark Department. He is a member of the Board of Directors and has extensive experience in practices related to Intellectual Property and Unfair Competition.

With over 25 years of experience in legal practice, Fábio has a notable practice in disputes related to trademarks, copyrights, and infringements, representing both Brazilian and foreign clients.

With expertise in anti-counterfeiting programs and a distinguished career in protecting Intellectual Property rights, he is also an expert in negotiating trademark coexistence and licensing agreements. Fábio is also recognized for handling administrative and judicial procedures.

Additionally, Fábio frequently participates as a speaker at international conferences. Before joining Tavares IP, he worked for other renowned Brazilian law firms.
