She works in patent protection for fields including Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceuticals, Cosmetics, Food, Materials, and other related fields. Her practice includes patent prosecution and industrial design.

With over 15 years of experience in intellectual property, Roberta stands out for expertise in patentability searches and analysis, technical opinions, drafting patent applications, and technical support in litigation.

Before joining Tavares IP, Roberta worked in other renowned Brazilian IP firms. She was dedicated to managing patent portfolios during her career, always focusing on preparing responses to office actions, preparing appeals, responding to adverse decisions, and nullity actions.
